We require a £100 deposit and the balance eight weeks before the comencment of the rental

The apartment is cleaned with fresh linen and towels and changed at the end of every week extra mid week  towel and linen changes can be arranged at  £15 the apartment will be ready no later than 2 pm on the day off arrival and must be vacated no later than 10 am on the day of departure to allow for the preparation for the new guests arrival. 

Transfers at 20 euros per party can be arranged
